No It will not come with case or cover
You can use that little tab thing to help slide it. It's a little hard to do at first but once you get it it gets easier when I put a new blade on, I find it easier to lay the removable piece on a hard surface out the new blade on it , place the handle on it so you can then press down a little while using the tab to help slide it into place
