The Scart to HDMI converter is a universal converter for analog Scart input to HDMI 1080p (60Hz) output.

The analog to digital conversion in this module employs 10 bits maximal 162MSPS sampling, black/white level expansion, colour transition improvement, dynamic range expansion, blue stretch, auto-detect and auto-convert the composite signal to 1080p(60Hz) output, then you can use old device with scart port to the HDTV which has HDMI port.

Yes u can save cheat codes on your memory card. Also as long as you shut off your ps2 you can leave it in.
Yes, you use composite cables which transmit the video through one channel (yellow) and stereo audio via the red and white cables, so you shouldnt have any problem.
If you have direct line of sight: probably. If youre going through walls: probably not.
If you have enough separation of the channels. E.g. use ch 1for one set and ch 8 for the other. Sometimes you have other things in the 5.8gig range that cause interference. But you should be able to find two usable channels.
