If you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you wish to return the item, you must notify us. We are happy to refund or exchange the item providing it is returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories.
For Faulty items
If your item develops a fault please notify us via Xpress Buyer customer support system and please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the fault has developed within 30 days of delivery we will offer a refund or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to our business address for assessment and verification of the fault.
You may return all products within 30 days of delivery. If the product is having the manufacturing fault, the cost of sending us the product will be borne by Xpress Buyer and we will send you a prepaid label for returning the item. But if the item has developed a fault by misuse or any other customer fault the cost of postage will be borne by the customer. Returned items may take 48 hours to be delivered back to us for assessment if collection is arranged by us. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Should you have any questions about the status of your refund, your return or your account, please feel free to contact Wish support at email@example.com .All the requests will be processed within 72 hours of receiving.
At this time, Xpress Buyer cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Xpress Buyer. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
